Food in Brazil is contradictory: it has the widest selection of fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains and legumes, but at the same time, the recipes are limited to basic cooking techniques.
Unlike Mexican cuisine, that can make dozens of dishes from “corn flour, chicken, lettuce, tomato and peppers, Brazil’s dishes are “simple” food, like boiled this or fried that, yet made from various “exotic” ingredients.
